Do you ever get severe palpitations when anxious or not anxious?

Hi!

I just had a question for other panic sufferers out there. Do you ever get severe palpitations - like you feel your heart go -Ba BOOM BOOM sort of thing? It just feels like your heart jumps once in your chest like one abnormal beat? You can feel the abnormal beat in your throat too. Sometimes you might get more that one abnormal beat in a row like 6 or so?

Please relate your stories - does it happen more when you're anxious? When your not anxious etc? A bit of both?

Notice it a lot. It seems to happen out of the blue and I notice it when I'm not anxious (like, when Im laying on the couch watching a movie). But, maybe it's my body's way of telling me I'm stressed.

yes me to but since I started to meditate I am practicing my breathing to help with these panic symptoms.
