positive experience

Hi I am new here, I have been taking seraltine for about a week now on 25mg, tonight I am increasing to 50mg and I am tolerating the drug well, increased anxiety for about 4 days but it settled and no other effects. I tried prozac and citalopram in past but had a lot more side effects and didn't stick it out. I am hoping these give me a little much needed help for a while and I am waiting for cbt. My anxiety lasts about 2 weeks each month which I believe to be caused by my hormones but it gets quite severe and I have about 4 days each month feeling depressed and cry a lot.
