Pen-pal would be nice GAD PTSD and severe depression.

I suffer from PTSD GAD and severe depression. I would like to find some people to be able to talk to when I'm having a panic attack or feeling low. I live in the US, but I'm usually awake all hours, so I can be helpful to you as well. You don't have to have the same issues as me, I will try my hardest to do research to be able to help you as well. Just having emotional support can be enough to get through the day/ night.
