Anyone with the fear of been watched!!!

I have been experiencing this fear for a long time now. Is hard to explain but its almost like whereever i am i feel like i am been watched ( now lts be clear i dont belive it) but i feel it.

I had a friend like this always thought someone was watching her so dont think you are strange we all get odd things happen
she was always frightened she was being watched both at work and at home and that people were talking about her
i am sure other will reply suffering the same

Hi as i told you I too had this feeling remember that is all it is , a feeling, as i said our feelings get mixed up and then when you throw in imagination then Oh boy we think all sorts , I remember I hated goin into my laundry room, i always felt as tho there was someone behind me or watching me, the only thing i can liken it too is , remember when u watched a horror film that scrared the pants of ya, and u had to go to the Loo , u walk up stairs with that feeling .......... or U catch a glimpse of yourself in a window or mirror ans Jump ! its just like that
