Lump on shoulder ultrasound

Hi there i suffer health anxiety and since may time last year have been having shouler pain after proding about noticed a lump deep in the skin which i can move about i went drs who said they thought it was a lipoma i had an ultrasound in january and nothing showed on the ultrasound ! I stil have pain and the crunchy lumpy tissue in my shoulder its like an ache inbetween my shoulder blade on my left side . If it was something sinister that would of showed on ultrasound right ?! Cant help worrying 😫😓
