Continous shortness of breath

Hi to all again,

I went to the doctor yesterday because I have been having a problem with some shortness of breath and feeling like I have to consistently either yawn or take deep breaths. I've also had a little bit of chest pain/tightness here and there. So, I had decided to see my dr. because it has been like this for a week.

He helped to calm me down a bit. It seems to be anxiety as he told my sp02 level was at a 100% and my heart and lungs sound great. This really confirms for me then that it is probably anxiety(like he said) causing this symptoms. It has not vanished though even though I am feeling somewhat better from knowing that it is not anything serious. Will this ever go away? Has anyone ever dealt with this?

I am having a hard time believing the dr still.
