For the past two weeks I've had almost non-stop left side stomach gurgling.....I feel and hear fluid or something moving around.....kind of like a plump plump, gassy liquid sound......
I fear the worst.....anyone experience this same problem ?

I'm worried that I may have skin xxxxxx that has spread causing all of my symptoms. ..
Fishmanpa im really worried as I never had these symptoms before.....I fear for my life.....this is the worst time in my life other than my father passing....
The digestive system gurgles, it’s what it does. You’re just hyper focused on it.
Gurgling does not mean cancer, it’s not s symptom it’s just a feeling of things actually working.

This is different as its very loud outside of body and I can feel it and it hurts bad....
How do you know it’s worse? It’s always louder when you’re focused on it.
Are you eating normally?
It’s always ‘different this time’ with anxiety, I used to say that every single time I had an attack as a child. Health anxiety is no different.Quote:

Pain can be from many things, and even the most intense pain isn’t necessarily indicative of anything seriously wrong, tension and focusing on the area for a start, gas can also be very painful. The effect that stress, or not eating quite right/not drinking enough can have on the digestive system is huge. Being bloated can also cause this sort of discomfort.
The sounds are normal, in fact we listen for gut sounds after surgery etc to ensure the bowel is moving! That’s a good thing! Pain is actually far more common than you’d think, especially in anxiety sufferers as a whole.
