Back in my old ways

For about 2 weeks I was having some trouble sleeping. Like I’d get an okay amount of sleep, but I’d get up more than once in the middle of the night. But, about 4 days ago, it started getting worse. Like I would fall asleep okay, but be up no less than an hour later. And then the next night, I only got 4 hours of sleep.

And last night I was exhausted and the same thing happened. I only get a maximum of 2-3 hours sleep in one block, before I get up again. I have a headache, my heart is racing, and I can’t keep my eyes open, but I can’t sleep like I normally can. I of course thought of SFI again, and it’s a real pain. I want to just be able to sleep.

SFI is essentially not a thing. Everything is more likely than SFI.

I just hate that I even came across SFI. It was a total accident, because I was having trouble sleeping over 10 years ago, and it came up as a possible cause, when I just wanted to know what to do to help it. I don’t know why, but I was thinking about it all day today. I’m exhausted, but I’m not able to get a good nights sleep.

Last night I did get 5 hours straight sleep, but I was unable to fall back asleep. I just feel so off, I’m tired, I have a headache, heavy eyes, etc. Because for some reason, I’m the type of person who needs like 9 hours of sleep to feel refreshed. Anything less than that and I struggle to function.
