Hi all,
I had a SERIOUS anxiety attack 3 days ago, dont know what was going off but i woke up with full body numbness, heavy breathing, dizziness, you name it..i had it...
Once i was breathing properly and i was abit calmer the numbness started to go away but not completely.
For the last 3 days i've still got the full body numbness... it keeps getting worse, then better, then new area's are numb...
Is this just anxiety?
Stress?
It is related to breathing - have a read of the symptoms page on the left.
Could that really cause full body numbness in every area possible? (including private areas...)
And would it really last for this long?...
It makes me panic beyond belief...
Your body will direct the oxygen to essential organs if you are overbreathing and this can cause numbness and tingling. So some parts of the body will experience this yes.
