You should definitely celebrate your victories Phil, every little helps. But there’s still much to work on. For many of us, not just you.
Re: Can anybody recommend a wash basket?
The update on my flu/cold is I was feeling a little better after taking vitamin c tablets only one per day can be taken. I’m not due another one until later so still feel tired weak and rundown. Basically I had started to feel slightly better after the vit c but back to feeling bad again why is this? I may need a trip to the doctors tomorrow
Re: Can anybody recommend a wash basket?
Rather than asking an online forum why not go to the GP tomorrow if you can and ask him/her? Real life advice is always more relevant and appropriate for physical and mental health ailments.

I have health anxiety so some awful illness obviously I don’t know what as most wouldn’t be flu symptoms but I fear this one could be?
Re: Can anybody recommend a wash basket?
Best to let the GP check you over rather than speculating then? There won't be any treatment for a virus though.
I'm sure you will be better for your holiday.

I went to the GP today they checked me over all fine they think it’s viral. Problem is I got no medication so I have to keep suffering and not having appetite. They said it can last two weeks so far it’s been 10 days

You don't need medication for a virus, it will pass when it's course is run, so them not giving you medication is the right thing.... just take paracetamol if needed.

So Phil you need to rest as much as possible, take paracetamol as directed on the packet. You can have hot lemon & honey if that helps. If the vitamin C tablet helped them maybe try food that has real vitamins in like oranges, apples, blueberries, strawberries etc.
You’ll be amazed how much better you’ll feel after taking paracetamol.
Mostly these things are worse in the mornings and evenings.
Are you off work?
