Muchas gracias to everyone!
It was amazing how easy it was to go through Border Control coming back to London! All the "guards" were standing around chatting whilst the passengers trailed past, some with "interesting" luggage..Maybe it was a tactic of bored disinterest whilst maintaining a steely monitoring presence? Anyway...I managed to smuggle in my 100g of imperial earl grey loose leaf! Result!

I think we fulfilled her knackering "agenda" despite some rocky moments (inevitable) when the photos I took were not "perfect" enough- dicing with death to get that "perfect" shot with cars whizzing around me is certainly fun!! The weather was great-we did the canal trip and the horse drawn carriage ride around old Bruges. Good that the horses were well cared for with a break for food and water after 15 mins.
No probs with Eurostar either-no vast queues.
Good to be back in Blighty now!! xx
Yay! It sounds like SUCH a success Pulisa. A carriage ride round old Bruges sounds like a fairytale!
