They haven't come back with an issue at this present moment in time. You will add the "yet" of course. Maybe it's a good thing to feel exhausted rather than be so agitated that you can't do anything other than pace continuously? You can't do anything more now. You wanted the tests because you are convinced that there is an issue. You wouldn't have been satisfied if the GP had told you to "watch and wait". If you need further investigations (hopefully not- qualified because no one can say absolutely definitely that you won't)) then you will have to manage your anxiety and get them done. If you keep things "clinical" and not "emotional" it may help you cope with the wait? Having a plan of action in your mind can help you manage those intrusive thoughts.
