Re: Terrfied of Tachycardia
No they haven't ... never gave me any solutions other than beta blockers and said if it happens again come back and I have seen specialist for all kinds of things checking me and my doctor who is superb doctor internist 40 years and other cardiologist and such and no.. really no one has ever mentioned any of that to me..
Re: Terrfied of Tachycardia
It could be that's not the reason for your tachycardia and maybe that's why they haven't suggested it, or if you're young...my friend was in his early 40s and had had the problem for some time, they might be waiting to see if it settles down with time. However, it might be worth asking about the possibility of a rogue nerve being the cause. It's quite a common reason apparently, and a routine procedure...can't even call it an op'.

Re: Terrfied of Tachycardia
ISB no I am 61 and have had it most of my life ,im pretty sure and nobody ever ever suggested that. I have been in the hospital three times in my life because dehydration brought in on ,but after all the test and scan's and ecg's and etc.. they all said anxiety and dehydration .. thats all.. I have begged and talked to so many and it has fallen on deaf ears.. They all just go with anxiety being the culprit from high blood pressure to fast heartbeat.. I suppose next time I am at the doctors I will ask. Thanks for your information.
