YNWA you are brilliant! Going out when you felt like that. Especially with high anxiety. I managed a short trip out as well. Wind blowing my hair sideways, back then just sticking up like a very bad hair day, lol.
I hope you manage to get a good night's sleep tonight, it makes all the difference. xxx

YNWA, a good tip I heard was 'Live as if you are already healed'. There's something in that even if you feel like cr*p.
I had the thoughts when I woke up this morning but just got on with my day. Went out again, in the wind and rain. I'm determined to keep at it xxx

Great answer Carnation...
Nervous Anxiety Might Soften Occasionally....
W V D P I
It was this morning Carnation, got myself into a right tizzy all because of one of these health adverts on tv, there was one about Great Ormond Street children’s hospital, on it a girl said, I had a sore leg and they told me it was Leukemia. Well that did it cause as you know my leg as been sore since Saturday so of course the thoughts turned to what if I have that and before I knew it the anxiety shot right up and I could feel the panic coming...still not feeling right about now but not as bad as I was.
Hows your day been xxxx

Fantastic answer YNWA

I totally get that YNWA. Those bloomin adverts. Turn over or put on mute in future.
I had a throb in one of my legs a short while ago and as you know it sets off all sorts of worry. It went and then I remember I've had it several times in the past. It didn't stop me walking or doing anything but the moment I sat or went to bed, throb, throb, throb. Mr C always says not to worry about it and says its probably a strain. Do we still worry, of course we do. :winks: xxx

Hi Carnation, how have you been today, I had a shocking morning again but I still kept busy and went out, both this morning and this afternoon, leg still aching so that’s playing on my mind, it right on the shin bone.
Hope you have had a good day xxx

Fantastic answer YNWA

Is it the leg thing that's the main issue YNWA?
Because I had that in the exact same place for days, almost a week and I think it's a pulled muscle. Although if you rub it and it releases wind, it could be that. One or the other. Remember I had the aching leg, then the groin pain and then excruciating shoulder pain, all over about 3 weeks. Well done for going out and keeping busy.
I went out again (4 days running now). Had a bit of a PA in the florist just after I spotted my mum's favourite flowers but stood it out and was fine going on to the next shop. Silly isn't it? I've also had horrendous tooth problems, actually think it's a gum infection tbh. There's always something, I say to Mr C xxx

That’s a very clever answer Carnation
Horses Sometimes Love Apples Wet...

Yes that’s the main issue Carnation, well at the moment..lol...eased off a bit tonight, I’ve been rubbing voltrol on it every couple of hours, not got wind though, I think it’s either sciatica or I’ve strained my leg doing something.
Went to a friends today and was telling her, she said it sounds like sciatica as she gets it, but listen to this...she can get pain that goes in her bum cheek, down her leg, groin and also pain in her shoulder and it was the dr who told her it was sciatica, so maybe that’s what could have been your problem, I never knew it went up as well as down.
Well done on you going out too and for carrying on even on the verge of panic.
Your right as soon as one issue goes along comes another...or an old one returns...
How are you tonight. Xxx

That's very interesting YNWA because I had a touch of lower back discomfort as well. I never thought it could be linked to sciatic, quite possible. How's your leg today?
Anxiety was quite high last night, probably still coming down from the incident in the shop. I also have a gum infection. Just like we said, along comes another issue.
I also think as we get older we are more alert about anything health related. It didn't bother me at all when I was younger, just brushed it off without a care in the world, lol. xxx

Re: The Five Letter Game
Great answer Carnation, they say stroking a pet helps with anxiety too...
Happy Thoughts Rule Over Negative....
U T I P F
Hi Carnation, not a good day for me again, leg still aching and that’s causing panic attacks, Well it’s the thoughts causing them, it’s been 5 days now and not really any better....where was the ache on your leg, mine is around my knee and radiating to about 2” down onto my shin, but can also ache on the inside of my calf sometimes. It came last Saturday but the week prior I did do a lot of walking and I’m wondering if I’ve strained it then. Hubby says it’s a strain, probably because of my footwear, I only had dolly shoes on, he said it will go when it goes, but my anxiety brain is saying it’s something sinister and that’s what’s causing the anxiety.
I hope you have had a good day xxx
