I would reply 'prego!' but I don't know if that's correct? (I learned both French and Italian at school)

I agree, if I didn't see that flag there I'd have presumed a highly competent English speaker. Hows things going there today Kiko ?
A useful programme on the BBC News channel, with an interview with the assistant Chief Medical Officer. My apologies in advance as this will be geo-restricted.

We're waiting for everything to close and personally I will feel a lot better when it happens.
Meanwhile I'm slowly slipping into madness XD
I'm kidding...
But one of my friend yesterday evening had to go to work and didn't want to... He had a panic attack and was feeling really scared. He was lying in bed and trembling. We tried to lift his mood up and then he could go to work but I stayed up all night waiting for him to come home safely.
Tvs are all over the virus. Right now they're talking about how it will affect our economy.
Our country will have a lot of problems in the future.
I try to keep in contact with my best friends and we're even talking about a future road trip or maybe a camping trip all together to just forget all of this.
We're trying to distract ourselves, we're used to practically live together and now we're apart... It's not simple.
Oh Kiko you’re doing so well. I’m glad that you are planning for the future, it’s a good thing to do. X
Yes I agree..You must plan for plenty of good things to do once all this is over. The Summer is coming and you will all be able to see each other again and talk about what you have been through but also what you have to look forward to.
Today was a very bad day. Made a trip to Aldi (again covered up, gloves, scarf around face, I know its not much) and it was only lunch time, and the entire places was packed out, it made me so extremely anxious and stressed, I started getting heart flutters (I knew what they were so wasn't worried about the sensation), but I actually felt like bawling crying because I had to stand in a huge long queue and wait about 10 minutes or so, and their was an older man behind me, tipping off me and being quite persistant, and he was also holding in a cough, so thankfully I had my back to him, and I spent the entire time with my face turned into the shelves. I avoided as much physical contact as I could, I mean, I wasn't touching anyone, or right beside me, but that older man behind me started freaking me out. I know he probably doesn't have the virus but because he was so close, and he made an odd held in cough every once in a while, it completely set me off, I felt like I was spacing in and out, and everything seemed far away (which I knew was a panic attack coming on, but my mum was with me, so I held it together, and thankfully she had a scarf around her face, her glasses on, and had a hanky over her face too, and she had gloves on too.
We also threw our coats, shoes and clothes into the washing machine as soon as we got home, and then disinfected the car, doors etc, and all the doors in the house again, and so on, washed our hands too, cleaned my face as well. But yeah, it went absolutely mental over here after our leader Leo Varadhkar (here in Rep. Ireland), has now shut down schools, colleges and childcare, and closed all tourist sites and museums, and is putting security measures into food supplies.
I literally only went in to find cat littler (nothing), was able to get dog biscuits and get my dad a couple beers, so he will have something to enjoy over the weekend. We're all going to start doing the garden together, painting, decorating and making little houses for the stray cats that live in the woods behind us, so they have beds to sleep in if they want.
Was a really bad day, my OCD has gone into overdrive, I'm terribly dizzy headed, and I'm completely and utterly paranoid I've picked 'that' up now just by being in Aldi, in that queue with that man behind me. Its very distressing when everyone starts behaving like that. It was just awful today.
Hang in there, Kiko! It will get better.
And for all of those freaking out about closings and quarantines, if/when it is happening in your area it is a good thing! It means your officials are taking this seriously and being proactive. I wish we had the same leadership here.
