Indeed. Any chance we can paint the cliffs of Dover with South Park characters?

It wouldn't be hard to make him look a dummy.
He's always been one.

It's off with his head...and then off to an EU presidency :whistles:
I reckon Nora's responsible for that graffiti. Death or Defenestration at all costs:)
The pictures in the link you provided were planned and posed. However, the one where they're sniggering during the throat singing ceremony in Canada is a candid moment, and an unfortunate one, wouldn't you agree?
Disrespectful? Absolutely!Quote:
Does their reaction to the traditional throat singing show them to be racist or disrespectful?
They were representing the Queen and Blighty. It's their job to be respectful and diplomatic when on duty.
You could forgive the kiddies for having an attack of the giggles, but not senior members aged 68 (Charles) and 69 (Camilla).
How about when the people doing the disrespecting are senior members of a racist institution?Quote:
Racism isn't proved by this because you can find something funny or ridiculous without being racism.
'What part of Africa are you from, Dear?'
'I was born here. I'm British'.
'No, but where do you really come from?'
Or..
Princess Michael of Kent turns up to a Christmas banquet attended by Harry's mixed-race fiancé wearing and a racist brooch.. :whistles:
This was an obvious PR stunt to say, 'Hey, peasants, the RF are not racist' because it was all kicking off over Meghan's claims, so what does the Evil Queen do? She's FILMED appearing to pick a child's arm by the sleeve of her top as if she was handling a dirty handkerchief! Some people say, 'It was the child's bracelet, not the sleeve' - as if that somehow makes it ok? :huh:Quote:
I'm not sure which event you are talking about with the black child. Is it the one with the Paddington Bears? If so, it looked a bit awkward to me but she held the child's hand after the sleeve lifting and in the same video is seen hugging a black child.
Maybe she just doesn't have what it takes to do the role she stole from another woman... :winks:Quote:
Maybe she's just an awkward non mumsy type?
Charles is only comfortable around the people who do not challenge him. Camilla is perfect for him because she panders to his ego and these are the type of people Charles wants around him. He couldn't really do anything about the Queen or Prince Phil ordering him about, but anyone else who tried it soon found themselves picking up horse shit, or out of a job completely... (Chaz gets what Chaz wants, or he throws a massive mardy!)Quote:
I always thought Charles was uncomfortable around people. I've seen Phillip to appear more formal than the average person. It might be because they know they are being watched or from another world to us. They can come across as someone's 50 year old dad trying to appear he's down the kids.
As for wives who don't play the game and turn a blind eye to his adultery, well they end up forced out of the family and stripped of their HRH status (plus the security that goes with it) which unfortunately leads to their "accidental" death a year later. (Coincidentally, when they're dating a Muslim..) :zipit:
Also, to the person who was allowing them to represent the monarchy (The Queen)Quote:
With the throat singing they should have showed more respect to the community.
Then again, what do we expect from two people who were shagging in the bushes while Charlie's wife was asleep upstairs?
When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time. ~ Maya Angelou
Wasn't me, P. (I'd have included Camilla)
Charles III and Maîtresse Camilla. Do you know the guillotine? :noangel:
As it is, I reckon Camilla will find a way to get Chaz there. I think she's found a loophole that allows her to rule as Queen of England should Chaz lose his head (or marbles)..
The pictures I posted were produced by a photographer. The video showing their disrespect was filmed, not candidly, but by journalists on a public stage. It wasnt a behind the scenes when not being watched moment. They knew they were being watched in both therefore you cannot dismiss one without the other. One is not considered a greater proof on the basis you are providing.
Yes, a PR exercise it's what famous people do. I'm not sure whether it has any connection to Meghan since her popularity is in the toilet both here and now the US.
I saw Camilla reach for a black child's sleeve and pull her arm towards her. She then touched her hand. This seems awkward to me but not what you are insinuating. In the next clip she can be seen hugging a black child. Throughout the clip she is seen treating children of various ethnicities exactly the same and not poorly. I saw this on a site that was criticising Camilla. Pretty inconsistent racism then. Some may see the incident as potentially due to race and in my opinion that points to their own bias.
The Hussey incident? You mean the one where a black woman had decided to appropriate a completely different black culture, something which may be deeply offensive, and even got it wrong? Have you read her own words about Asian charities? A bit of a red flag there for me.
Nope, as I said racism isn't proven by laughing or finding something ridiculous. It can simply be you are an idiot. Otherwise no white person can ever be negative towards a black person without it being racist. Some may automatically assume it is so without further understanding the reasons why. Such assumptions only divide society more and send a message you will always be guilty if you don't belong to group x or you can't criticise group x.
People can just be nobs without it being racist.
Racist institution? Is this a colonialism issue? Could it be that, like every institution or company or even charity across the world, it contains some moronic racists or that it suffers institualised racism? If the argument is the senior members are indeed racists and running a racist institution then they are doing a terrible job of it. They could perhaps look for inspiration from others across the world such as Mugabe, Netanyahu, etc. They could appoint Tommy Robinson as diversity advisor.
Staying with the pits theme..Who is going to buy Prince Andrew's new book "Don't Care"..To be read in conjunction with his nephew's effort. It is hoped that BOGOF offers will apply.
