Which might have nothing to do with weaning of the AD. Everyone has the occasional bad days and it's not like there isn't enough going on in the the world to sometimes depress even the cheeriest of souls.

Well that's 75 days totally off the Citalopram.
Overall I am doing much better than I thought I would. No brain fog, no tiredness, no chest pain at my heart, no zombielike existence.
However... I care again, I seem to care about everything again and therefore I get upset and stressed much now I'm off the Cit. I'm getting irritated by the smallest things.
I'm back to giving a **** about what people think.
I am an INFJ and we don't have thin skins, we have 'no skin'.
I will continue on.
Well that's around 100 days off Citalopram and I reckon that's me just about levelled out.
I have good and bad days, but just like everyone else I just get on with it.
That's around six months I've been off Citalopram.
I still have good days and bad days, but overall the good are in the vast majority.
Well that's over a year off Citalopram, and I'm still feeling good.
