Noise
(Lucky you can nap for a couple of hours, I can't sleep during the day, think the drugs have made me sensitive to noise too)
Echo :shades:
I don't sleep well at night
Usually up at about 4am.
I'm sensitive to noise all the time.
I think it's part of my anxiety.
When I had my hip done I had my motorbike parked in the garage on it's stand.
I used to go out each morning and try to lift my foot onto the peg to gauge my progress.
Ongoing :)
I miss my motorcycle,having a rough day:weep:
Gosh :shades:
Sorry to hear that mate.
You'll pick up when you start feeling better.
I miss mine sometimes too but then I remind myself I'm nearly 70.
Honk! :shades:
(Just what you don't want to hear!
My sleep is generally shyte, I wake up every couple of hours but generally rack up at least 6 hrs in total. It's due to having CFS and other autoimmune stuff, I think the op and meds has sent me into a bit of a flare, but I'll get through it) :yesyes:
Ms L sorry you are having a rough day, hope tomorrow is better... lots of love xx :bighug1:
Knot :shades:
Sounds like the kind of night I have.
I wake up in the morning ready for bed.
Tied :D
(I liven up a bit after I've been up an hour and had some water to drink)
Diet :shades:
I tend to wake up after I've had my pain killers and 2 cups of tea.
