Re: weight gain?
I have to admit that I have put on some weight recently. I am still taking 45mg mirtazapine and 1,000mg lithium. The annoying thing is that I lost it all once and now have about 1st to lose again. I have had my fair share of problems this year. Recently I have injured my back and also have a frozen shoulder which makes exercising difficult. I have had a look at the scales but not sure if I'm ready to do anything about it. EJ.

Re: weight gain?
I have also gained weight again...I have had problems with my knees and one of my feet so have been unable to excercise either at the moment...I feel such a lump!!!
This time of year is the worst for me with eating...its so stressful at work and busy you are dashing around etc (if you can) lol!! And I just end up snacking on naughty comfort food.
New Year and I will re-address it all again!!!

Re: weight gain?
Hi Jo good to see you on here again. I'm struggling as I have constant pain from my back. I am going to try and track my food and weight online again and see how I go. I have recognised that I have a problem again!! EJ.

Re: weight gain?
Hi EJ,
I do try and pop on here every day...if only to help others.
Sorry to hear you have pain in your back still...these things are so annoying.
I am so struggling with my knees and my right foot is swollen on the top?? Havent done anything to it that I know of but cos I was limping it set off my knees hurting and I was in awful pain and had difficulty walking!!
My GP just gives me pain relief which does not really seem to have any effect (dicloflex)...so I went to see a physio that a friend reccommended and she thinks I have slight arthiritis in my knees...she is not sure what the foot is??
I dont know...just feel like a real old woman at the mo and I'm only 48!!
Hope you get some relief soon.
