30 years!!? And no underlying reason for this?
Re: Very worried about skipped heart beats!
No underlying reason at all. I had an ecg when I was 22, which showed them, talked to my GP about it....ectopic beats, benign, blah blah. Never had another test for them since. They disappear when I exercise, my heart is all good - they appear if I hold my stomach tightly, over eat or if I've been very stressed. I had a near miss car accident a few years ago, which hype stressed me at the time, and I had then every few minutes for a good few weeks after that.

That's actually reassuring for others that are getting them. I'm annoyed after 2 days having them after years without a single skip.

Yes, exactly. I've known Hypo27 (I call him B) for years, and I'm tired of seeing him always dying from something on here. I know if I'm tired of it, he's gotta be exhausted. How fun can life be if you think you're dying all the time? He's got a little girl to live for. If being rude and giving tough love is what gets him to seek some help, then so be it. I hope if I ever need it, someone on here will give me the kick in the a$$.
