Just read up about you pulisa. Hope you feel better soon.:hugs:xxx
Bless you, I hope you find relief.
I'd definitely be interested in how the pain management goes.
Big hugs
xxxx
I've just seen this! I hope you get some peace and comfort Pulisa. My Dad lives with extreme pain daily and I can see how hard it can make everything. I hope you get some positive progress x
:hugs: good luck!
Best wishes Pulisa, hope it resolves your pain issues x
Thank you so much-everyone is so kind xx
My face is red and glowing this morning-suspect it is the steroids!
I'll certainly start a thread in the "Therapy" section if people would be interested. It's tough coping with constant pain with an anxiety disorder and all the trimmings and I'm sure some of the techniques will be applicable to mental health issues in general. My first session is on Feb25th if they don't cancel.....
That would be good to start a thread, anything that helps with constant pain would be a blessing. Thanks pulisa :D
I hope you get some relief Pulisa.
It will make everything else a bit more bearable for you. :hugs:
Like anxiety, it is an invisible suffering but runs deep and makes the simplest of tasks difficult.
Without seeming to pry, I am assuming it is your back and was an injection treatment? xx
I had pleurisy 14 months ago and have had nerve root irritation on the right side of my back going through into the right side of my chest ever since. It's like neuralgia following shingles only I didn't have shingles. The pins and needles are constant and very painful particularly in the cold weather..and of course anxiety makes it worse. Traditional painkillers don't touch it and neither did the TENS machine. The steroid injections are offered when all else fails.
