Carys is right. You need to address this now.
Re: I know I'm posting again but I'm worried about my eyes
I rang my friend. She managed to calm me down a bit. I've decided to go to London. I'm waiting for the train now.

A Google webpage will always generalise a list of symptoms without actually explaining how they would correlate or why. Just because you have one or two "symptoms" on the list, doesn't mean it's what you think it is. A medical professional who is trained to know what to look for has evaluated you and isn't concerned, so you should believe them over anything you read online.
If you're in this much of a panic, after being reassured by a doctor, you really need to consider taking yourself to A&E.
Can stress really cause all this:
Feeling like I don't have the urge to urinate
Bladder soreness and pressure
Not emptying my bowels as often
Feeling like I have some retention in my bladder after I wee.
And yeah I'm really struggling, I'm stuck in this awful nightmare right now

There will be and is nothing wrong with your bladder and physical health - go to A and E to access emergency mental health services and have someone who will advocate there with you - someone who will ensure that your mental health is the discussion and not your physical health.
Looking after 4 children, being in this crisis, needs assessing and immediate input from a psychologist - and possibly daily community psychi nurse support. (Its a shame you didn't call them yesterday, but you can fast track at A and E) You can take the children later on the visit, they can be told you aren't well today, but don't take them all off to London today.
I think this is what's going to end up happening. I'm in an awful crisis, I'm trying to drink more today to see if I need to pee.
I'm just scared stiff I have something neurological wrong with me. Doctor said no but maybe he didn't do enough to check. Or maybe this could develop more in the next week. I don't know anymore

I don't want to disappoint my daughter and son today, not on her birthday so im trying to put it aside

How about devoting yourself to your kids as opposed to posting?

Re: I know I'm posting again but I'm worried about my eyes
I did it, I went to London and the kids had a great day, I didn't but doesn't matter about me.
Can I ask you,
When I need a wee, I don't have urgency, I drank water on the train and by the time we got to London and to the sea life I could feel my bladder was full and really uncomfortable. But I didn't feel like I was going to wee myself.
We went round sea life and eventually at the end my bladder was really sore and full so i had to empty it.
Does that sound like normal? Does that sound like neuro bladder?

Not reassuring you. You've had that from a doctor. (But, I will say this - you'll have a uti before you know it, by trying to hang on to the point of pain, or damage your pelvic floor or cause bladder stretching problems) Ring the psychologist number at your first availiable opportunity tomorrow Chlobo.

It was just a full pressure in my bladder, is that what everyone has when they need a wee?
The doctor didn't really talk to me about my wee, i mentioned it to him and he shook his head.
I said I feel the same when I need to wee too, and he didn't really engage in it
