Looks like I am all alone tonight, my friends have better things to do:weep:
If there is anyone out there, tell me what you have been doing today, however boring, anything is better than sitting here alone, weeping(joke).

Hi BobbyDog
I am home alone as usual. Just debating whether to go for a quick walk around the block or get in bed and watch tv.....bed seems to be winning at the moment :)
Jon
Thank you hun, I really do appreciate your kind thoughts.
Been to my brothers today, a major achievement for me as 45 mile journey....nearly bricked it at the last minute :scared15: but it was one of my goals for therapy so I didn't want to let myself down. Had my safe person with me and clung on to the seat all the way there  cried my eyes out when we arrived...just sheer relief made me really emotional. I have major issues being out of my small comfort zone and away from home for long periods of time. I am actually very proud of myself now :yesyes:
Sorry to hear you are sounding a bit down...maybe the weather will be better tomorrow and that will cheer you up a little.
Thinking of you :hugs: Kitti xx

Hi Yvonne,
I hope you find somewhere nice to go on your holidays, it is sometimes good to get away from home for a couple of days. Thank you for your kind words, it makes me feel so much better to know there are good people out there.

Hey Richard 1960, Pleased that you have come to join our weekend home alone club.
It is good to hear that your employers are being considerate and letting you have time out to recharge your batteries and compose yourself.
I hope that your time at work becomes a little easier.

Seems like you have all had a pretty non-eventfull weekend, but when you suffer from anxiety it is probably a blessing in disguise................
How are we all today on this beautiful Sunday afternoon/evening? I do hope the sun is shining where you are.
Well, this morning I went to B & M(cheap supermarket) with my Mum, felt a bit spaced out but I have recovered now. I am OK in small crowds, it is one to one that I struggle with.
Took the dogs out, it is very windy, didn't mind though because the sun was quite warm and I enjoyed the exercise walking through the corn fields.
Hi Bobbydog,
This sunday afternoon, went to class, what was discussed today in class, fits me to a tee. to have that confirmed today, was awesome.
I'm the opposite from you, I manage on a one to one, with crowds, that is what I struggle with. I dont let it stop me, though I'll get panicky, I carry on. I used to run, managed to overcome this.
glad to hear you had good day, out walking with your dogs. :)

I agree i was under the psychiatrist a few years ago they did help enourmously but at the time there was still some stigma attached i was aprehensive, but am glad i went i was really bad at that time, had depression so bad at one time i thought i was not going to make it,and would crack up completely so i certainly would not worry about seeing one again.:) Richard.
