Day 27
Well I'm feeling fine today, but yesterday I had a few dizzy spells but they only lasted a few minutes at most. I go abroad in two weeks, so I'll stay on the same dosage until I come back. But the very next day, I'll reduce to 5mg and stay on that dose for one month at least.
Take care x
Day 29
Feeling good, positive, full of energy, looking forward to the weekend. :)

Hi
I came off Escitalopram cold turkey last December. I had the lightheadedness, but nothing else really. Everything was really good for about 6 weeks, and then my anxiety came back worse then ever. GP said it had probably just completely got out of my system by then. I didn't believe all the hype about coming off the meds really slowly, and I thought I would be ok. However, after the horrendous time I have had since my anxiety returned, I will never do that again
DAY 35 on 10mg
I'm quite short-tempered today, have a bit of a headache.
No dizzy spells though.
DAY 40 on 10mg
A bit tired, sleepy, still ok though - no dizzy/wozzy spells.
DAY 55 on 10mg
Feel OK, no dizzy/woozy spells.
I think it's time to drop another 5mg.
DAY 4 on 5mg
Becoming more sensitive to everything and much more aware of my surroundings and interaction with people.
Still feel good though, and looking forward to being off Citalopram.
