No..I agree it's a bit "tame" and there's not much mileage in it.

You're right it if hopeless it’s either bladder or colon cancer and it just sucks.
You just won't even try will you, ever. The 'hopeless' is your behaviour and constant , unerring, ability to deem every ache and pain cancer for years and years. Its hopeless that hundreds of people have replied, tried again and again and still you won't try even once to address your real problem.

I think you always give good sound advice but I really feel your post is a bit "off" So many people on here are terrified of cancer so being flippant about it seems wrong. Sorry if you think I'm talking out of turn

It’s not just the the back and pelvic pain. My fatigue is getting very bad I sleep good every night and I’m so drained feeling. This bad fatigue came on when this back pain started a couple weeks ago. That’s what really makes me worry that it’s cancer related fatigue.
Re: Really scared I have colon cancer
I'm sure your therapist could advise you on anxiety-related fatigue. Why not speak to him/her about this?

I have a virtual appointment with him tomorrow morning. I’m just so scared this is cancer fatigue I’ve never had it be this profound..

Whenever I’ve had a giant panic attack, I’m exhausted for a couple days after. Especially if I let the attack get the better of me instead of using the tools I’ve learned to manage them.
You’re living in a constant state of anxiety, all day, every day. It’s only natural that you’re feeling as fatigued as you are. I bet you’d find that managing the anxiety resolved your fatigue. But as long as you’re in this constant state of panic over cancer that doesn’t exist, you’re going to remain feeling exhausted.

Panic attack hangovers are definitely a thing. Time was, a bad attack would knock me out for a good week or two.

It’s the worst!!! And honestly even if I’ve just had a “heightened anxiety” day - not even a full blown panic attack, just a day that I’m more on edge - I can feel wiped out from that the next day too. It’s no fun!
Re: Really scared I have colon cancer
It really isn't. One of the best things I've found about citalopram is that if I do have a panic, it won't destroy me for the next day.
