I'm doing great, how about everyone else? The TEA forms have helped me so much andf I hope it continues!
The putting things back into perspective exercise is really good at helping you get deeper thoughts for your TEA forms.
Cece I am waiting for CBT on the Nhs but got a few months wait I have just gon on to the website for Sam Obitz book. As I am desperate to get out of this anxiety prison. Is the book called Been There done that Do this?

Your advice helped a lot... Probably why I have not posted in a while because I am feeling so much better. I think that exercise helped me get deeper thoughts for my TEA forms which made them work even better for me. Thanks! :hugs:
That's one of the side effects of feeling better.... Becoming so busy with our lives that we neglect to post here and help others. Don't feel guilty though as we all go through it.:hugs:
