Wow there are soooo many positives coming from you lately, it's so nice to see :D :hugs: . I hope you can see how far you have come - ie eating better, cooking, introducing new foods, eating out with friends, seeing friends regularly, working on your CBT and thinking of voluntary work. Need I go on as there are probably lots more, I list them all so you can see how well you have done too :yesyes: . I am so proud of you, you are an inspiration :flowers:
I hope you get on ok with the mindfullness book. If it's the one Piglet recommended to me it's good, I haven't finished it yet but it's easier going than the book my CBT lady recommended and makes alot of sense - although like most things it either doesn't work for me or I can't seem to apply it to myself :blush: .
