That coleslaw looks like the one I bought in Coles today,7.14pm at Mission Beach.
I have eaten whole egg mayo that has been two weeks over the use buy date and was fine.
I assure you, this was completely home made! I don't mind the odd ready made salad (mexican or superfood!) but this one was made with lots of chopping! I added broccoli and raisins, as I ran out of apple!Quote:
