Very anxious, struggling at the moment.

I am very anxious at the moment. Have been able to manage but this is the worst I have felt for ages. It’s hard to eat, very tired, can’t concentrate, no motivation. Could really do with someone to chat to. I feel totally useless and a burden and scared of the future. Sorry

You aren't on your own struggling at the moment.
The only thing getting me through it is knowing it might not be like this forever, things change, and you won't feel the same way forever. It's only a feeling.

I just wanted to say hello and please tell us if there have been any particular triggers to make you feel so bad?

We are here to chat when you are ready. What you are feeling is horrible but as PHR says, it won't last.

You're in the right place and are amongst friends. You've nothing to apologise for..

I've been in a place of total despair and as mentally low as it gets and still be alive, but that's not my life anymore. There's always hope if we're prepared to put the effort in.
