time of the month

Does anyone have bad panic attacks when its time of the month?I get very bad i ve not slept all week.....................anyone else like this.:(

Hey yeah i definitely notice that mine get worse during my periods, i'm getting used to it now but it's never nice!! You're not alone though and I'm sure you'll find lots of help and support on this website, i certainly have!

I definitely have my worst anxiety around my time of the month!! I know that there are other posts about this so hopefully our link lady (lol) Meg will come along and post them :)
If you want you can go under search option and put in something like PMT or time of the month and some other posts on this should pop up.

Yes me too, infact i mentioned it to my doctor this week and was told to take the highest does of eveninig primrose oil (dont know whats the highest dose?) .
I have started using wild yam cream which you are supposed to rub into your skin twice a day, its meant to contain something like a natural progesterone which your body absorbs......
I have been taking it for only one week so will have to wait and see if it helps my pmt but so far my anxiety levels have dropped alot the past 2 days,dont know if thats connected but I hope so because I mananged to go proper shopping yest and it was bliss!

my PMT has got so bad in the last few years, my husband said he would feel safer with a pack of wolves.

my Anxiety and the panic gets heightened to such a degree I think I am going mad, then as soon as the dreaded thing arrives its like coming down off a terrible high

Speak to your GP and try taking star flower oil which is very helpful

Hi, I can so relate to anxiety/panic getting worse before and during my period. I know that it's my period thats making me feel so rubbish so instead of it ruling me I get real angry with it, works for me.
