Re-introducing myself as if I haven't been on since 2016

Hello all. Female from across the pond- USA. In my 40's. 1st diagnosed by my doctor and first therapist with GAD. After therapy and testing with a psychologist it was determined it was Obsessive Thinking Disorder (isn't that what anxiety is?). I was diagnosed back in 2005 but once I got it all sorted out, I could go back and see that I had been having anxiety issues for quite some time. I remember issues in 1996 that my fellow nursing students diagnosed as hypoglycemic episodes. I am pretty sure it was panic attacks.
I am very open and very honest- I have to be or my panic/anxiety consumes me. I call it my truth serum.
I do not take medicine. I have PRN ativan but it has expire so I haven't taken any for fear of a pop up drug screen at work. No active rx and you show up with a benzo in your system and you are fired.
Anyway- I am getting married in 2 days and I am having major anxiety. I came on to get on the chat room and talk it out. No one is on. Is the chatroom still in use?
