So after severe health anxiety the past few months, escalating the last couple weeks I'm on the waiting list now to start CBT through the NHS. Been advised on Monday after my assesment that its a 4 to 5 week wait in my area. How has everyone found CBT?
I've suffered with GAD before and it's only the past year its really escalated to HA.
How has everyone found CBT? Does it help? I also do Accupuncture twice a month which seems to be helping me.
