Am having 2 MRIs this week, just a little worried

I've been in a lot of pain the past couple of months and I have to have 2 MRIs on Tuesday on my spine. Not looking forward to it but it's best to find out what's causing it and deal with whatever that is.
I've spent a lot of time confined to my bed, which means I have had too much time to think about things, which isn't good for someone with HA.

I got to thinking about radiation from these MRIs and also from mammograms that I've had.

I've only ever had 1 MRI before, about 10 or more years ago. I've also had 4 or 5 mammograms over the past 6+ years, the last one was about 15 months ago. I'm due to have another one in the next few months.
Does this all sound like too many scans? I haven't a clue about these things but my mind is wandering and trying to freak me out.

MRI's do not use radiation.
