Pelvic pain or ibs

I’ve been dealing with digestive issues for at least a year now. One of my big symptoms is aching, cramping pain low in my belly like around my hips. Sometimes it radiates around to my back. It’s more on the left side. I thought it was digestive but lately I’ve been noticing it gets worse after a bowel movement, not better. My ibs meds like peppermint don’t help it. I also haven’t gotten my period in a years so I know I have issues. My mother passed away from uterine sarcoma so I’m really scared about pain in this area, feeling like the doctors missed something.
