Thank you for accepting me

Hello thank you for accepting me. I have anxiety,agoraphobia and very bad levels of panic. Recently I cant even get out of the bedroom without very bad panics and mobility issues with my legs and so much shaking badly,so that recently I spend most of my time in the bedroom like a prisioner locked in and I hate this. I am very very sad and cry all the time because I lost my friend my man my love my beautiful husband only a few weeks ago.I am coping with this and I feel I am loosing my mind. just cant relax to do hardly anything. I feel so alone and desperate and have no family or friends this is awful. Thank you for reading. Am crying my eyes out. Linda xx

Very sorry to hear you lost your husband :hugs::flowers: You will find many people on here who (sadly) understand what you are going through and you will get support. Raise threads on the problems boards and people will start posting as they tend to be busier than the welcome section.

You have had such an enourmous emotional disturbance in your life that it's bound to knock your anxiety all over the place. As other more experienced members say it's a process that is individual and there are no timescales to how you process your grief but it will get better with time.

I hope you also have some real life support to encourage you to move out of what feels like a prison and that you have the support if your doctor. And grief support services.

What you are going through is NORMAL. Don't feel bad about yourself or your loss of functioning. You've had a major shock and loss in your life.

I too went through this when I lost my best friend. I found his body. You will survive. You will make it through this. Please private message me if you need to talk.

Oh, and please seek grief counseling...even if it's online. Grief counseling saved my life.
