Maybe over analyzing my breasts and worried I have inflammatory breast cancer?

I went through panic over similar thing a few months back. First my Dr noticed a small dot like a bite at my examination. I then got obsessed with it and checked both breasts a million times a day. The dot took about 2 or 3 weeks to fade but then there were a couple of other spots which I noticed which are pale and tiny, and to be honest they’re still there now. Same with the broken blood vessel type of patches. Had clear mammogram and ultrasound and also saw breast specialist who told me it was nothing to worry about (he was lovely and very polite, I’m sure he was thinking what was a thinking!). I have had several other spots since then, but they come and go, and I realised I probably have them come and go all the time but usually don’t even notice!
