Stomach pain and gas after a stomach bug

Hi I haven't been on here for a while but here I am again ..
I had a stomach bug last week felt sick had stomach pain was off food and had dioreah* only lasted a day then was ok but ever since ive had stomach pain across from belly button on left side n then sometimes on right it's like a dull ache. I'm really windy too! I suffer acid reflux also anyone else had this

Usually if I have an upset tummy it takes a while for it to get back to normal. Just give it a little time.

Noo, I have IBS and I had the gut bug FROM HELL a few weeks ago. :scared15: For everyone else in my family who had it (or tummy bug 'lite' as I call it) it was a 24 hour thing. It took me a week to get out of bed and to start eating semi-normally again. I'm still not right. My poor colon and stomach took an absolute battering, and for over five hours. It's going to take some time. Just take care of yourself and listen to what your body needs from you..

P.S peppermint is really good for wind. I've had loads of wind these last few weeks (more than normal) and it's been a tad risky at times, you get me? One shouldn't have to sit on the loo to pass wind for fear of following through, right? :ohmy:
