Ocd so much worse since lockdown don’t know how much longer I can cope.

My ocd has been horrible the last few days. I feel like I’m living in some nightmare and can’t escape. The therapy I’m referred to isn’t much help as it’s online and module based. Lots of reading a typing, which is stressing me out because concentration levels are poor.

Everything just feels wrong and I can’t think clearly idk what to do anymore. Can’t talk to my family they just get upset with me. Can’t talk to my friends because they don’t really understand the problem. Can’t talk to my boyfriend cuz I don’t want him to think I’m crazy. Just feel so alone, but also feel numb and fuzzy.

What about your therapy isn’t helping and is there a way that you think it could help?
Are there things you could do to help - like avoid the news or social media or anything triggering.
You can still go out for a walk, sometimes a change of scenery helps a lot x

I’ve been going for walks. Helped the first day but don’t really find it has helped since I just get tired and obsess the whole time. Maybe if I walk a different way that would be better.

I want to go back to them and ask to do phone 1 2 1 sessions instead but I’m not sure who to email or what to put in the email. I would rather have someone to talk to than do it all my own. I’m not the most motivated person when sitting on my own trying to do stuff. It’s mostly that o find it too much to take in it’s like pages and pages to read and I hate reading.

At this point anything triggers me tbh so I’d have to avoid everything.
