sharp pain in side of head - panic

hi guys, long time no see...


i just had a sharp, sudden pain in the side of my head, i have no other symptoms outside of that, trying ro reassure myself that it was probably just a small muscle strain and that it isn't anything sinister... i've been really, really bad with health anxiety this past year

please help?

If the pain was a one-off, it's probably muscular but numerous pains could be an 'Ice-pick' headache because it feels like sharp stabbings in the side of the head. I get them occasionally. Nothing to worry about.
