The three times a day propranolol did nothing for me at all but the slow releasing version called Inderal la worked a treat I could eat on hols, didnt have tremors and didnt once feel sick, actually yeah once i did because i drank about 5 vodkas and actually enjoyed myself for the first hols in years!
