Two things I must whine about...

I got arrested a week ago in regards to some old crap from late 2021. No lawyer represented me when I was taking to Livingston. I didn't even get a call with one. That surely must go against my rights. Even the sheriff was confused. But after I was bailed, I had to get a bus home, and I did not know Livingston at all.

Then some apprehension warrant arrived to do with going to the court in Glasgow. It's not usually easily possible to get paperwork transferred to your town if it's a case being handled elsewhere. But I cannot travel to Glasgow because of having anxiety and agoraphobia.

However, I know the police are just buggers. After all, they came to my flat 4 years ago when the pandemic was at its peak, which was of course during 2020. That was right after a 5 years no contact order had literally ended for one of the ex support workers I had problems with, many years ago. They made up a sham.

Upon being arrested that time, I asked them why I was arrested. But they just said I was gonna go to court the next day. That isn't even answering someone's question properly. Then after months of hoop jumping, she got a new order for 10 years for nothing. My solicitor never even bothered to put in an appeal.

As for the ex support workers...

This mess began in 2013 because I said I liked my key worker. Some service user of this autism company also said things, which he revealed to my sister. But years ago, another support worker told me that this deceased wrestler was gay, and he killed himself. And he pretended to know this woman I dated briefly in 2005. So they just hired morons.

One time, I gave my lawyer a USB stick with proof on it, basically about an actress slandering me to cost me jobs as a film extra, and she had idiots mocking me on YouTube. He made out he lost the damn device. Then he said a dumb remark like, "You were not gonna be in any movies anyway. You are in La La Land!"

To make it worse, my sister, who I explained in a prior thread about how she tells lies, is pregnant again to the same plonker she had a baby to, which was 2 years ago.

Yes. I kid you not.

This was in spite of her ex abusing her and then he got drunk, assaulted her, cheated on her, locked her in his flat once, and never even met their son after he was born. He was immediately taking away by social workers at the hospital after 3 days in any case, so my sister no longer sees him. They stopped her visiting rights.

The police got involved and there had been a restraining order, I believe. So she's just a nutter.

What a blooming imbecile. My mother must be turning over in her grave.

It's crazy.

Sounds like that autism company back in 2013 were/are a bunch of chancers out to 'fit up' and take advantage of people like us, then certain workers of theirs going on to 'play the victim'.

Kind of reminds me of one or two staff members at my previous day centre some 20-odd years ago who blatantly revelled in all the knee-jerk 'zero tolerance' lark that was all the rage in health and social care establishments at the time and often used us as 'scapegoats'.

They seemed like quite scary times where such establishments appeared to become increasingly 'militarised' environments concerning behaviour management, especially with physical restraints and/or calling the police willy-nilly seemed to be the rule.

Yeah. They called the police in 2014 because I asked my ex key worker to meet me in a Costa for a chat, to talk about us not being on good terms, and they used the spare keys to get into my flat.

This was supported housing I stayed in, in Edinburgh. Then they pretended not to know about it when I returned home from the cells the next day. But once I ended up in court, they tricked me to end my tenancy by making out I had rent arrears. The rent was supposed to be paid for by the council, so I think they deceived me. The paper I was asked to sign my name on was blank.

Once they even told me that if I invited escorts into my flat, they were gonna kick me out. So I just told them that's my personal life. It's no concern to anyone who I bring into my own space. But I told the advocacy group the TLC Trust about their threat, and then they let them know I never breached any rules.

But to be honest, these sex workers are often bad news because of how cold they can be. Because I was literally threatened recently after a woman touring in my area wanted me to send a small deposit. This is just something they request sometimes to prove you're not going to waste their time, if they notice you have no feedback. Other ways can include Amazon or Wishtender.

I am able to send money through my online banking if someone provides their details, but an issue arose and I could not determine why it happened. Some error came up. This was clearly and honestly presented to her.

Just to prove I wasn't messing her about, I made a video with my previous phone to display the glitch in question. I've since gotten a new phone, because the rain ruined the other one I had.

My current phone does not have a screen recording ability. Then even after I provided proof, she got mad, insisting I was messing her around. But similar problems have happened with other women because they can quickly turn nasty over the least little thing. Although I did have occasional good meetings a long time ago. It just never happens anymore. They act way too stern.

Some of the ones into kink or findom identify as sadists. You cannot even start a chat with them just to get to know what they are like as people. Small talk is of no interest to them.

They call men all sorts of misandrist rubbish as well, or outright block you for the least little compliment, talk too much about their material goods and holidays on X, and act ridiculous. That they call guys 'simps' too is disrespectful. It suggests they just want to be provided with way too much money and attention for free.

About 2 years ago, I got screwed out of a potentially fruitful relationship. I met a girl who was a teenager at the time. She and I have quite the age gap. Her mother more or less made her dump me. She was too direct about wanting me to get her pregnant, so I thought my mum was gonna blab to her mum. This caused my mum and I to fall out, but it was quite brief. By early 2022, we were going to the shops together.

My mum ended up having to receive dialysis following a sudden heart attack. Her health worsened, to the stage where she had a stroke and she took fentanyl for an abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Rather unfortunately, my mum died in September. I have no children of my own, unlike my three sisters. I feel like I let my mother down throughout my life, somewhat. I know I probably didn't do it on purpose, but I just could never get a woman to notice me. The girl I went out with came to the funeral and has left flowers before. So that was nice of her.

This one other girlfriend I chased for years over a decade ago was just a user. She had me paying for an iPod, which she damaged while I was paying it up on credit. Then she lied a lot about things, acted super weird, and generally abused me. But I certainly did waste a lot of time dealing with trolls on forums in the past, plus the police arrested me for benign breaches of bail, which only compounded the ordeal.

It never did me any good trying to be reasonable with these morons.

Some people are just freaking barstewards!

How about the authorities actually getting off their lazy backsides and going after 'real' villains for once, rather than going after easy pickings like us Auties (and ethnic minorities, of course) who have long been a favourite for 'harassment' by power-mad people, and often over the most trivial of things.

Unfortunately we just can't reason with such individuals, plus I never forget the whole ASBOs debacle back in the 2000s that us Auties were often disproportionately on the receiving end of, while the 'real' yobs who were genuinely deserving of them often ended up getting off scot-free, and often inadvertently using us Auties as 'scapegoats', plus often fitting us up for ASBOs themselves!

Without taking up a civil case for each individual person, I doubt any of these orders will be removed from my record. If anything, the courts have just been deliberately amending them to cater and pander to these losers.

When I went to court once, a sheriff literally said to me, "I will just make it 10 years for all these people" when some people were not involved in particular cases. Surely a court cannot just rope it all together like that. If it's not concerning the same incident, that's so not on. But I guess they have the power to do as they see fit.

God, it feels like an awful game of ludo or something, where one just gets kicked back to the starting point.

However, lawyers for civil matters can literally charge up the rear for their services. We're talking over £200 per hour. Maybe more. But that isn't even including the consultation at the beginning where you sit down or call them up to present all the facts, evidence, and so on, pending your next step.

Of course, it's difficult to prove any of this nonsense even happened the way I am presenting my story, as I never retained any of the back and forth messages. This all happened such a long time ago as well, so it really is impossible to prove most of this took place as they never put much in writing. Plus, that lawyer I had lost the computer stick into the bargain. Yet they used my correspondences with them to cry wolf.

I mean, I had a degree of proof that people set up Indiegogo campaigns to fund these low budget films, and as a perk, I could have gotten a bit part in these productions for donating, you know. However much the page advertised as a reward.

Of course, that actress who blocked me on Twitter in 2016 then blackballed me, and I had honestly never heard of any of these people she knows who work as production assistants. Since I was sure it was her who was responsible for me being declined for background roles, I had to rely on her slipping up, which she did.

So I just lost my cool once, then she used that as leverage to make out I harassed her. But I wasn't even remotely interested in her. We appeared in the same movie in different scenes, which is why I added her on Twitter in the first place. Her blocking me was seemingly due to who I was tweeting to.

I went online to attempt a small claims case, but I was emailed back stating there was no legal basis. I mean, what the hell?

Calling law firms or the court is a colossal waste of time, by the way. They just make out they are unable to give legal advice over the phone, or if you need any forms, you have to find the link on their website.

Only lawyers can provide advice. Or they get you to book an appointment in a citizen's advice joint somewhere, which is actually pointless. They always look puzzled as you speak about the issue at hand, and then they just tell you to find a lawyer.

Another thing they normally say is to contact SLAB, but you can find the same law firms on Google regardless. So what they are really doing is just mucking people about. And recently, I called social services about gaining new support workers, just to be told I am on a waiting list meanwhile. But okay. Sure.

In other words, I will believe it when I see it.

I reckon us autists could publish a top selling novel about all the arrogant people who wronged us, where only our fellow kind can relate to the stress that comes with being different from other members of our society.
