I was told off earlier for having dripping. (its in the pic, top right)
I use it for Roast Potatoes, like Momma used to make! :laugh:
How do you guys roast your potatoes and roast veg etc? I know dripping isn't exactly healthy, but I haven't found a decent substitute yet.
Goose fat is the best, but not readily available..... so if anyone can suggest a good alternative, I would be very greatful! :)

When i do cook em...i boil em for a bit first then drizzle..do ye like that word lol.......some olive oil ova n cook...sometimes I sprinkle some herbs ova them before i put in oven...yummmmyy...dont like mine crispy tho, just a touch...

I use the fat that naturally comes off the meat to cook the potatoes in. Failing that dry roast ones are just as yummy.
If you want them even nicer then part boil then roll in flour then roast - yum!
