I'm sorry, I think sometimes people don't know how to respond.
I think I know a little of what you're feeling, though, when the thoughts just won't go away.
What help are you getting for it at the moment?

You need to see your GP and investigate getting some therapy so that you can start working on getting better.
Honestly, what you're dealing with IS abnormal, but very few people here are normal, whatever that means. I know I'm not.
However, you can't invest your mental security in other people. It'll never work. You have to learn the techniques to help you manage these thoughts whenever they come along.
I don't know where to start with getting help, I don't even like my gp so I don't know if they will get me help, when I had severe health anxiety I asked for help but it never happend, and even if it does, what if I don't get the right kind of therapist? The one that can treat other themes of ocd, what if they only know about contamination themes or like the more conventional obsession/compulsion themes? I don't know, it feels like so much to deal with to get a therapist who can't help you. I just wish it would all go away :weep:
Wishing won't help, though. You need to take responsibility and take action.
