I just wanted to recommend this podcast. It’s into it’s 3rd series, but you should start with the 1st episode of the 1st series because she talks very frankly about what happened to her with anxiety and how it affected her body and mind.
She’s also written a bestselling book apparently. She has a lovely speaking voice though & it’s like listening to a friend chatting along.
