Started on 2x10mg is this a small dose?

Psychiatrist started me on Inderal 2 x 10mg (5 days so far) for anxiety (somatic), palps, hyperventilation. I am also on Lexapro 20mg for 3 weeks.

I haven't noticed any effects, at 6'2"" (190cm) and 185lbs (84kg) I am wondering if this is a small dose or it isn't having any effect yet.

Thoughts? Thanks.

2x10mg is a light dose but it should have some sort of impact. I’m on 160mg slow release and that does the job for me
