One sore itchy eye

I have one eye that's often itchy and sore. It's been like this for a while and I don't know why. My left side of face (cheek area) is also a bit tender.

I thought it was something to do with my teeth so I went to a dentist and had wisdoms removed. It was ok for a while but then came back.

I thought maybe I needed glasses, so I had an eye test and I DID need glasses which I got.

Left eye is still sore and itchy and there's no sign of it being an infection. My cheek/jaw and ear area are still achy too.

Freaking out because I don't know what is causing this!
