Pregabalin Fluoxetine Quetiapine

I take 600mg Pregabalin 50mg Quetiapine and will be upping Fluoxetine to 60mg.
The thought of increasing Fluoxetine and taking all these medications together frightens me. I had just settled with the idea of taking the maximum Pregabalin dose alongside the quetiapine and 40mg Fluoxetine.
Do you have any sensible words to offer? I feel I am taking more tablets than anyone else and I am terrified they will harm me. I am finding it hard to take them at the moment because I feel like this.
