An email or PM pal would greeeaaaat

Hi all, I'm Mark 40, from the Berkshire area of not so sunny U.K. Suffered from anxiety & panic attacks for about 10yrs. Kind of died off for some time but its raised its ugly head again starting around xmas '07 and has progressively got worse with panic attacks to the point of blacking out, and moreso now deep depression. I'm on Sertraline & Mirtazapine which seem to have started working as i am getting the odd good days here & there. Would love to have someone to chat to regularly either mail or pm. I am a good listener and when the doom & gloom isn't hanging around I have a good sense of humour.
If theres anyone out there drop me a mail or pm or reply to this thread and I can contact you.

It's easy simply click on the username of the member you want to contact and a drop down list will appear it may say view profile and send Pm/send a email etc etc simply click on the option you want fill subject line and type message and send :) HTH
