breathing problem

hi all
i have mvp and a real bad anxiety for nearly 8 years now. Im having ectopic beats and fluuters all the time and saw a lot of docs and i did go for a lot of tests. They say everytime "you are ok nothing to worry, you just got a little mvp".

I have a breathing problem that makes me mad! sometimes it gets very bad like now. At the moment i feel hungry for air. i'm taking real deep breaths but its never enough for me. 1 of my 5 or 6 deep breaths ends with a bad couch and my stomach comes to my mouth that i feel like im gonna come up. that gives some relief but it goes on and on.

And the yawning thing. I'm trying to take deep breaths with yawning. Sometimes it helps but not always.

Does any of you got these couching and yawning things too because of the air hunger?
