Anxious about turbulence on a flight today.

So I'm flying in few hours to Newark from Iceland. I've developed a fear of flying in recent years and especially of turbulence. Some flying app I used forecasts a turbulent flight ahead and I'm a bit panicky. My worry is being in one of those turbulence that is on the news or that the plane is shaking the entire flight.

I would imagine all went well or we would have seen a post or heard about it on the news :)
